NGC 891 is an Edge On Galaxy roughly 30 million Light Years
from the tip of my telescope.  It is most likely 150,000 to 200,000
Light Years in diameter.  In this image, NGC 891 is at the
center, but you can see other galaxies in this image.  I lost
count after 26 including NGC 891.  There is most notably a
cluster of small spiral and edge on galaxies located in the
upper right and immediate right of the center object.  I did not
know these galaxies where there while I was taking the image.
It was only after in the post processing step that I was able to
see them.  I estimate that they are approximately 100 to 200
million light years away.
